Vulnerable Adults (Notice to Attend Court)
Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Vulnerable Adults Act 2018, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Vulnerable Adults (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 19 December 2018.
Form of notice to attend court
2.  A notice to be served on a person under section 33 of the Act must be in the form set out at the website of the Ministry of Social and Family Development at http://www.msf.gov.sg.
