Air Navigation
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Amendment No. 4) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 2 January 2020.
Deletion of Part XA
2.  Part XA of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) (called in this Order the principal Order) is deleted.
Amendment of paragraph 86
3.  Paragraph 86(2) of the principal Order is amended by deleting the words “, other than Part XA and paragraphs 2(1), (2), (3) and (5), 77 and 80,”.
Amendment of Twelfth Schedule
4.  The Twelfth Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting paragraphs 22 and 23 (including the paragraph headings).
Amendment of Thirteenth Schedule
5.  Part A of the Thirteenth Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting the following items:
 
“Paragraph 72E.
 
Paragraph 72F(1), (2) or (3).
 
Paragraph 72J.
 
Paragraph 72K(2).”.
