Fees (Police Services) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Police Services) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2011.
Fees
2.—(1)  The following fees shall be payable to the Commissioner of Police:
(a) for storage of any firearm
 
$13 per day or part thereof
(b) for hiring of —
 
 
(i) any 3rd generation PT boat
 
$462 per hour or part thereof
(ii) any PC boat
 
$420 per hour or part thereof.
(2)  The following fees shall be payable to the Commander “A” Division in respect of each warrant of arrest issued by a court under section 120 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010) upon the application of a police officer:
(a)an administrative fee of $12 payable upon such application for work done in obtaining the warrant from the court, including data entry and screening of the person against whom the warrant is to be issued;
(b)an enforcement fee of $130 payable upon such application for work to be done in order to enforce the warrant; and
(c)an annual review fee of $14 payable on the anniversary of the date on which the warrant was issued by the court and on every subsequent anniversary of that date for so long as the warrant remains unexecuted.
(3)  The following fees shall be payable to the Commander “A” Division in respect of each warrant of arrest issued by a court under section 54 of the repealed Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68, 1985 Ed.) upon the application of a police officer, and which remains unexecuted on 2nd January 2011:
(a)an enforcement fee of $130 payable on 2nd January 2011 for work to be done in order to enforce the warrant; and
(b)an annual review fee of $14 payable —
(i)in the case where, on 2nd January 2011, the warrant remains unexecuted for less than one year, on the anniversary of the date on which the warrant was issued by the court and on every subsequent anniversary of that date for so long as the warrant remains unexecuted; or
(ii)in the case where, on 2nd January 2011, the warrant remains unexecuted for one year or more, on 2nd January 2011 and for every subsequent year after 2nd January 2011 for which the warrant remains unexecuted.
Revocation
3.  The Fees (Police Services) Order (O 32A) is revoked.
