Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(Sirius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. —
Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Sirius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 8 November 2021.
Deletion of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Sirius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 772/2021) is deleted.
Amendment of regulation 3
3.  Regulation 3 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Sirius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Regulations 2021 is amended by deleting the words “any licensed premises” and substituting the words “Wards 37, 47 and 67, level 7, Sengkang General Hospital, 110 Sengkang East Way, Singapore 544886 (called in these Regulations the licensed premises)”.
