Interpretation
(Delegations by Minister for Manpower)
(Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Manpower) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 November 2024.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Manpower) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 137/2024), in the Second Schedule, after item 5, insert —
“
5A.Platform Workers Act 2024
(1)Section 20(1)(b)
Appointment of Assistant Registrars of Platform Work Associations
Deputy Commissioner for Labour
Nil”.
