Residential Property (Exemption) Notification 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemption) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 7th March 1997.

Exemption

2. Any land acquired by a developer appointed under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act 1996 (Act 10 of 1996) for the development of housing accommodation under the executive condominium scheme is exempted from the provisions of the Residential Property Act.

Made this 4th day of March 1997.
