Securities and Futures (Provisions for Persons and Matters Previously Regulated under Commodity Trading Act) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 342 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Provisions for Persons and Matters Previously Regulated under Commodity Trading Act) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 18th February 2008.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4(5) of the Securities and Futures (Provisions for Persons and Matters Previously Regulated under Commodity Trading Act) Regulations 2007 (G.N. No. S 444/2007) is amended by deleting the words “Paragraph (4) is” and substituting the words “Paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) are”.
