(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 2(1)(i) and 3(b) and (c) of the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 November 2022.
