(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building and Related Works (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2023, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Building and Related Works (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Building and Related Works (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2023 comes into operation on 18 December 2023.
