Central Provident Fund
(Withdrawal of Cash Grants)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower, after consulting with the Central Provident Fund Board, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 October 2020.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) Regulations (Rg 8) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (6), the following items:

“(7)	The CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care (CSHL Scheme) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 849/2020).

(8)	The CareShield Life and Long-Term Care (Supplement Scheme) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 850/2020).”.
