Sale of Food
(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Sale of Food Act 1973, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Sale of Food (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 12 November 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations (Rg 4), in the Schedule, after item 1, insert —
 
“2.For an application for a licence for non‑retail food business carried on with a food processing establishment mentioned in item 1(a), (b) or (c)
 
$147.20 per application”.
