(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Anti‑Money Laundering and Other Matters Act 2024, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Anti‑Money Laundering and Other Matters Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2 to 6, 9 to 13, 16(a), (b) and (d) to (l), 17 to 21 and 23 of the Anti‑Money Laundering and Other Matters Act 2024 come into operation on 14 November 2024.
