(Conduct of Gaming)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act 2006, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Casino Control (Conduct of Gaming) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 14 November 2024.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  In the Casino Control (Conduct of Gaming) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 594/2009), in regulation 6(2), replace “the Casino Control (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Regulations 2009” with “regulation 3(6) of the Casino Control (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Regulations 2009”.
