Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2) of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 January 2020.
Compoundable offences
2.  Any offence under section 48C(2) or 48E(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Minister, or any person authorised by the Minister in writing, in accordance with section 60(1)(a) of the Act.
