(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 196(3) of the Casino Control Act 2006, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Casino Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 14 November 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Casino Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 87/2010), in regulation 2(d), replace “and Terrorism Financing” with “, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing”.
