Insurance (Approved Marine,
Aviation and Transit Insurers)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52(1A) and 64 of the Insurance Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Insurance (Approved Marine, Aviation and Transit Insurers) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 30 December 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Insurance (Approved Marine, Aviation and Transit Insurers) Regulations (Rg 15) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:

“3.	A country or territory that is a signatory or has acceded to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans‑Pacific Partnership done at Santiago on 8 March 2018, and for which the Agreement has entered into force.”.
