Road Traffic (Power‑Assisted Bicycles)
(Exemption from Part II)
(Revocation) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Power‑Assisted Bicycles) (Exemption from Part II) (Revocation) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 16 November 2021.
Revocation
2.  The Road Traffic (Power‑Assisted Bicycles) (Exemption from Part II) Order 2017 (G.N. No. S 454/2017) is revoked.
