(Chapter 107)
Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Films Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 17th February 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (5) in the Schedule to the Films (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:
“
(d) original cinematograph film imported, owned or rented by bona fide film societies, or by any person, for bona fide film festivals for the purpose of promoting film appreciation
 
$3 per 100 metres or part thereof.
(e) video tape or video disc imported, owned or rented by bona fide film societies, or by any person, for bona fide film festivals for the purpose of promoting film appreciation
 
$24 per half hour or part thereof.
”.
