Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2005.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 4/2005) is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

“1. Singapore Changi Airport, Airport Boulevard.”.
