(Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Attorney‑General (Additional Functions) Act, the President makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 28 December 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Attorney‑General (Additional Functions) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 23, the following item:

“24. Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority”.
