In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 4) Notification 2020.
2.  Sections 2 and 6 of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020 come into operation on 9 October 2020.
