(Relevant Date for Railway Occurrences)
Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(5) of the Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Transport Safety Investigations (Relevant Date for Railway Occurrences) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 January 2024.
Relevant date
2.  The relevant date for the purposes of the application of the Act to railway occurrences is 1 January 2024.
