Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 30th January 2006.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by deleting items 120 to 124 and 129 to 141.
