Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005

Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 30th January 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 244/2005) is amended by deleting items (17), (18), (19), (23) to (31), (33) and (34).
