In exercise of the powers conferred by section 368 of the Copyright Act 2021, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Copyright (Border Enforcement Measures Fees) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 21 November 2021.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, “customs officer”, “Director‑General” and “seized goods” have the meanings given by section 329 of the Act.

Fees

3. The fees specified in the Schedule are payable to the Director‑General in respect of the corresponding matters set out in that Schedule.

Revocation

4. The Copyright (Border Enforcement Measures Fees) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 744/2019) are revoked.
