Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 2000 (G.N. No. S 441/2000) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “1 a.m.” in paragraphs (1)(a)(ii) and (b) and (3)(a)(ii) and (b) of Parts I and II and substituting in each case “7 a.m.”;
(b)	by deleting “1 a.m.” in paragraphs (1)(a) and (3)(a) of Parts III to VI, VIII, IX , XI, XIII and XIV and substituting in each case “7 a.m.”; and
(c)	by deleting Parts XII and XV. [G.N. Nos. S 427/2001; S438/2002; S 296/2003]
