Organised Crime Act 2015
(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80(1) of the Organised Crime Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Organised Crime Act 2015 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 21 November 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Organised Crime Act 2015 is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 136(1)” in the first column of item 25, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 136(2)” in the first column of item 26, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 26, the following heading and item:

Copyright Act 2021 (Act 22 of 2021) — Offences included as serious offences with effect from 21 November 2021

26A.	Section 444(1)

Offences relating to copyright works

”.
