COVID-19 (Temporary Measures)
(Extension of Prescribed Period) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Extension of Prescribed Period) Order 2020.
Extension of prescribed period
2.  For the purposes of Parts 1 and 2 of the Act, the prescribed period is extended for one month starting on 20 October 2020.
