(Public Authorities)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(1) of the Property Tax Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Property Tax (Public Authorities) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 January 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In regulation 2 of the Property Tax (Public Authorities) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 763/2014) —

(a)

delete paragraph (b);

(b)

in paragraph (i), replace the full-stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(c)

after paragraph (i), insert —

“(j)	Building and Construction Authority;
(k)	National Parks Board;
(l)	Public Utilities Board;
(m)	Singapore Food Agency;
(n)	Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.”.
