Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act, the Director-General of Customs and Excise, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) Notification 1996 (G.N. No. S 544/96) is amended by deleting “$100” in the second column of item (3) and substituting “$150”.
