(Chapter 70)

Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 27th February 2004 at 3.15 p.m.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs Duties Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$82.00 per kgm” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2106.90.62 and 2106.90.65 and substituting in each case the words “$90.00 per kgm”;
(b)	by deleting the words “$3.10 per litre” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2203.00.90 and substituting the words “$2.70 per litre”;
(c)	by deleting the words “$10.40 per litre” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2204.10.00 and substituting the words “$9.50 per litre”;
(d)	by deleting the words “$59.00 per litre of alcohol” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2206.00.20 and substituting the words “$70.00 per litre of alcohol”;
(e)	by deleting the words “$1.30 per litre” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2206.00.50 and substituting the words “$1.40 per litre”;
(f)	by deleting the words “$53.00 per litre of alcohol” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2208.90.10, 2208.90.20, 2208.90.30 and 2208.90.40 and substituting in each case the words “$70.00 per litre of alcohol”;
(g)	by deleting the words “$55.00 per litre of alcohol” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2208.90.50 and 2208.90.60 and substituting in each case the words “$70.00 per litre of alcohol”; and
(h)	by deleting the words “$82.00 per kgm” in column (7) against H.S. Code 3302.10.20 and substituting the words “$90.00 per kgm”. [G.N. Nos.
