In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments (Repeal) Act 2019, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments (Repeal) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2023.

2. The Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments (Repeal) Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 March 2023.
