Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 11) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 29 November 2024.
Amendment of Fifteenth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Fifteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, after item 3, insert —
“3A.  Good Samaritan Food Donation Act 2024”.
