(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 35 and 43(3) of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into operation on 2 January 2025.
