(International Registration)
(Amendment) Rules 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 108 of the Trade Marks Act 1998, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Rules 2025 and come into operation on 1 February 2025.
Amendment of rule 26
2.  In the Trade Marks (International Registration) Rules (R 3), in rule 26 —
(a)in paragraph (1)(c), replace “all the goods or services” with “at least some of the goods or services”;
(b)in paragraphs (2) and (3), replace “all the goods or services in respect of which the registered trade mark was registered” with “those goods or services in respect of which the registered trade mark was registered that are protected under the protected international trade mark (Singapore)”; and
(c)in paragraph (5), replace “the goods or services in respect of which the registered trade mark was registered” with “those goods or services in respect of which the registered trade mark was registered that are protected under the protected international trade mark (Singapore)”.
