(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2022, Mr Masagos Zulkifli, the Minister charged with the responsibility for Muslim affairs, makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022.

2. Sections 2(f), 3, 8 to 11, 16, 21, 22, 23, 25, 28 and 29 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2022 come into operation on 30 November 2022.
