(98 — Special Operations)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 28 November 2024.
Amendment of regulation 44
2.  In the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 442/2018), in regulation 44(2), replace “and ATS flight plans” with “flight plan and filed flight plan”.
