Arbitration Act (Commencement) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Arbitration Act 2001, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Arbitration Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.

2. The Arbitration Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st March 2002.
