(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Air Navigation (119 — Air Operator Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 28 November 2024.
Amendment of regulation 17
2.  In the Air Navigation (119 — Air Operator Certification) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 443/2018), in regulation 17(1), replace “27,000 kg” with “15,000 kg”.
