(Investigation of Accidents and Incidents)
(Revocation) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) (Revocation) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 January 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Air Navigation (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Order (O 7).
