Environmental Public Health (Notice to
Attend Court) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 28 April 2017.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations (Rg 13) is amended by deleting the words “set out in the Schedule” and substituting the words “provided at the Agency’s official website at http://www.nea.gov.sg”.

Deletion of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations is deleted.
