(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act 2001, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — Central African Republic) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 2 December 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In regulation 2 of the United Nations (Sanctions — Central African Republic) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 976/2020), replace “and 2588 (2021)” with “, 2588 (2021) and 2648 (2022)”.
Amendment of regulation 15
3.  In regulation 15(2) of the United Nations (Sanctions — Central African Republic) Regulations 2020, replace “Resolution 2536 (2020) or paragraph 1 of Resolution 2588 (2021)” with “Resolution 2648 (2022)”.
