1.  This Notification is the Platform Workers Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  The Fourth Schedule to the Platform Workers Act 2024, except paragraphs 1(a) and 5, comes into operation on 15 December 2024.
3.  The following provisions of the Platform Workers Act 2024 come into operation on 1 January 2025:
(a)Parts 2 and 4;
(b)sections 99, 100, 101, 103, 105, 108, 109, 111(c) and (d), 114, 116, 118 and 119;
(c)the Fifth Schedule, except paragraphs 4(1)(b) and 8;
(d)the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Tenth Schedules;
(e)the Ninth Schedule, except paragraphs 1, 2(a), (b), (d), (e), (f), (i), (j) and (k), 4, 10(a) and 12 to 16.
