(Places of Safety) (Amendment)
Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 177 of the Women’s Charter, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Women’s Charter (Places of Safety) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 6 December 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Women’s Charter (Places of Safety) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 746/2014) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of sub‑paragraph (d) and substituting a full‑stop; and
(b)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (e).
