Water Pollution Control and Drainage Act
(Chapter 348)
Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage Systems (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Water Pollution Control and Drainage Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage Systems (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.
Amendment of regulation 8
2.  Regulation 8(5) of the Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage Systems Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting “$25” and substituting “$30”.
