Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Deputy Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 1998

Variation of Responsibility of Deputy Prime Minister

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st March 1998, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Deputy Prime Minister) Notification 1998 (G.N. No. S 1/98) by deleting the words “Matters relating to Bank for International Settlements.” under the heading Subjects and substituting the following words:

“Matters relating to —

(a)	International Monetary Fund (except in connection with the Bretton Woods Agreements Act (Cap. 27)).
(b)	Bank for International Settlements.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Deputy Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 1998.
