Legal Profession (Prescribed Statutory Boards or Authorities) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(3) and 75C(6) of the Legal Profession Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Legal Profession (Prescribed Statutory Boards or Authorities) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2008.
Prescribed statutory board or authority
2.  For the purposes of sections 13(5), 14, 75C and 75D of the Act, “legal officer” includes a legal officer of the National Environment Agency.
