(National Heritage Board — Exemption)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (National Heritage Board — Exemption) Order 2022.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means any draw to be held as part of the promotion at 61 Stamford Road, #03-08 Stamford Court, Singapore 178892 at 3 p.m. on the following dates:

(a)	28 February 2022;
(b)	7 March 2022;
(c)	14 March 2022;
(d)	11 April 2022;

“organiser” means the National Heritage Board established by section 3 of the National Heritage Board Act 1993;

“promotion” means the promotion called “Heritage Hunter Volume 2” that is to be made available —

(a)	from 22 February 2022 to 10 April 2022 (both dates inclusive) on the website at https://www.roots.gov.sg; and
(b)	from 12 March 2022 to 2 April 2022 (both dates inclusive) on the website at https://go.gov.sg/heritage‑hunter;

“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act 2004.

Exemptions

3.—(1) The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the promotion and the draws.

(2) The organiser is exempt from sections 13, 15 and 17 of the Act from 16 February 2022 to 21 February 2022 (both dates inclusive) in respect of any prohibited act under any of those sections carried out for the purposes of the promotion and the draws.

(3) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
