In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2023.

2. Sections 18(a), 19(1)(c), (d) and (f) and (2), 20(2), 21 and 30(2) of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 January 2024.
