Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st March 1998, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 47/97) by deleting the words “International Monetary Fund.” under the heading Subjects.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 1998.
